Our social distancing and hygiene protocols
The safety and peace of mind of our customers is very important to us, so we have developed robust Covid-19 protocols. This does mean we won't have as many appointments through the day as more time will be devoted to cleaning. Please be mindful when booking an appointment that we may have slightly less availability than usual.
What you can expect from us

We will disinfect all equipment prior to your appointment

We will wear PPE that is only used for your appointment, including gloves and a face mask

We will carry out treatments socially distanced (2m) from owners in a well ventilated outdoor space e.g a garden
What we would like in return

Please inform us if you, or any of your family or close contacts have Covid-19 symptoms or exposure. We can then reschedule your appointment to a later date

We would appreciate if payments could be given by bank transfer rather than cash
